McCalla misses a right and left to the body because he lets his hands go from way too far outside. Another series of jabs fro Harrison, who cracks his foe with a hard right to the jaw with 45 seconds left. Harrison shrugs him off at the bell, trying to get him to engage. 10-9 Harrison.

Calvin Ford, McCalla’s trainer, admits that he has no idea what’s going on in his fighter’s head right now. He said he is following his own gameplan. A few jabs from the local kid close the round. 10-9 Charlo.

Round 3

A triple jab from Charlo opens the round before he tags his foe with a powerful right to the jaw. Alcine shake it off and comes right at the young man, but he can’t get his punches off. Alcine tries to trade with him, but a final laser-guided right finds its home on Alcine's jaw. The Haitian stumbles toward the ropes and Buddy McGrirt, his trainer, throws in the towel.
