One Championship sees potential star power in Halil Amir.
The unbeaten Turk will take the next step in his development when he squares off with Ahmed Mujtaba in a ONE on Prime Video 16 lightweight showcase this Friday at Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand. Amir has stopped eight of his first nine opponents. He last appeared at ONE on Prime Video 9, where he took a unanimous decision from Maurice Abevi in their three-round encounter on April 21. Mujtaba, meanwhile, has won two of his past three bouts. He last fought on May 5, when he submitted to a heel hook from Ultimate Fighting Championship castoff Sage Northcutt in the first round of their ONE on Prime Video 10 pairing.
